- Why does the free preview stop where it does?
- Because the diagnosis is the easy part. The ranked plan, the financials, and the ongoing memory are the work that actually changes outcomes — that's what Single Plan and Operator unlock. We charge for what's hard.
- Why do you ask for a card upfront for the 7-day trial?
- Because operators who put down a card actually try the product. We'd rather have 100 buyers than 10,000 tire-kickers — you don't get charged a cent until day 7, you can cancel from your account in two clicks, and we'll refund any accidental first-month charge in the first 48 hours.
- What happens after the 7-day Operator trial ends?
- If you do nothing, the trial converts to a paid Operator subscription at $19/month. If you cancel before the trial ends, you keep dashboard access through the trial period and aren't charged. If you cancel during the 7-day trial you're never charged.
- Can I switch between the free preview, Single Plan, and Operator later?
- Yes. Free preview → Single Plan is per-plan ($49 one-time, applied to a specific plan). Free preview → Operator is a subscription that takes over from there. Operator → cancel happens whenever you want — your previously saved plans stay readable while your subscription is active or in trial.
- Does Single Plan apply to one plan or all my plans?
- One plan. It's a one-time upgrade that adds the full audit to a specific 30-day plan. If you want unlimited Single-Plan-depth audits, that's what Operator includes.
- How does the Operator monthly check-in work?
- Once a month we email you asking how the plan landed. Reply directly to the email — no login needed. The advisor reads your reply, updates its memory of your business, and sends back a refreshed take. You can also chat anytime from the dashboard.
- What's the refund policy?
- Single Plan ($49 one-time): 7-day refund window, no questions asked — email [email protected] with your plan link. Operator ($19/month): If you cancel during the 7-day trial you're never charged. 30-day money-back on the first paid month, no questions. After that, cancellation stops future renewals — the current month runs to its end (no prorated refund) and you keep dashboard access until the period ends. For accidental charges in the first 48 hours after a renewal, email us and we'll refund.
